Accommodations
Boothbay Harbor lodging: Six spacious guest rooms on three floors provide queen and king-size accommodations with private or semi-private baths. All rooms have color TV, and VCRs are available. Furnishings are simple and comfortable. Children are always welcome. All rooms are Non-Smoking.

FIRST FLOOR:
SITTING ROOM/DINING ROOM
The sitting room is always available for our guests. On days when the Boothbay Harbor fog blows in, snuggle up by the fire, play cards, read or perhaps play the piano. The adjacent dining room has wonderful views of the harbor, and you can step out onto the veranda, watch the sunrise and sunset and enjoy the ocean breeze.

ROOM #7
For those who desire privacy or need to avoid steps to the second or third floors, Room #7 is the perfect choice. Located on the lower level of the Carriage House, this room has a private entrance and a private deck. It also features a fireplace (gas) and a King-size bed. The room has a full bath with tub/shower.

SECOND FLOOR:
ROOM #1
Newly renovated, this second-floor room is our smallest although it still features a Queen-size sleigh bed. The room sink is in an alcove separate from the shower/toilet room. The room faces east and gets plenty of morning sun.
ROOM #3
This is a large, spacious room with a king size bed. Room #3 has a private bath with shower. It is a corner room that gets plenty of early-morning sun and a peek of the harbor.
ROOM #4
This bright and cheery room has a wonderful view of the outer harbor from the bay window and window seat. The Queen-size sleigh bed is also complemented by a day bed. The bath is one step into the hall and features the original pedestal sink and claw-foot soaking tub with an attached European-style shower.

THIRD FLOOR:
ROOM #5
 
This room is more like a suite. It has a king size bed and separate sitting area with a double futon, desk and rocking chair. It has a large private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The view from this room is spectacular, looking out over the entire outer harbor including Burnt Island to the Cuckolds Lighthouse and the open ocean.
ROOM #6
This cozy room has a king size bed, bath with Jacuzzi tub and views overlooking the Town. It gets plenty of morning sun and has some spectacular sunsets.
